FALL BALL
REGISTRATION
2025

Most games will be played on Fridays 6p, 7p and Saturdays 10a, 12p, 2p, 4p. 8 games minimum, teams will play once per week, 8u plays on Mondays/Friday/Saturdays, 10u plays on Wednesdays/Fridays/Saturdays. 12u teams and up will play on CSYBA schedule, once teams are formed schedules will be published. Week day game-time, start times are at 6p & 7p. With our season ending Trunk or Treat the week before Halloween. We will have more details on that event in the upcoming days.

All players moving up next year to the next age division should elect the division they will play SPRING 2026.

EXAMPLE:
If your player is is moving up to Peewee next year, sign up for PeeWee division Fall Ball season to familiarize your player with the next stage of the game!

MEDICAL

I understand that participation in baseball/softball involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries resulting from falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, and environmental conditions.

I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in the Program, its volunteers, coaches, officials, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Participant during or as a result of participation in the Program.

I also authorize the league to seek emergency medical treatment for the Participant if necessary and agree to be responsible for any associated medical costs.

To ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all, I agree to follow the leagues Code of Conduct that must be followed by all players, parents, coaches, and spectators involved with Pilsen Athletic League
